Micro electric vehicles seek "quality + quantity" growth

Ouyang Minggao predicts that micro or small electric vehicles will be the main development trend of plug-in hybrid vehicles in the future. Considering the cost performance of batteries, "by 2020, small pure electric vehicles with a cruising range of about 300 kilometers should be the mainstream." "Identity" certification or will break through the year

On the one hand, the government needs to actively face the micro electric vehicle market and guide the market to regulate development, but management must be distinguished from the traditional car system, and micro electric vehicles cannot be required to meet passenger car standards, but safety issues must be taken into account. On the other hand, micro-electric vehicle companies should avoid low-level construction, redundant construction, produce better products, better cost performance, and meet the needs of the market.
In terms of specific management standards, a person involved in the research of new energy vehicles told reporters that the current policy tends to manage micro-electric vehicles in accordance with the classification of motorcycles in the European Union. At the same time, above the EU standards, according to the characteristics of different cities in China, for example, in the first-tier cities such as Beishangguangshen and Shenzhen, micro-electric vehicles are prohibited from going on the road, but the outer suburbs can be released, and the cities in the third and fourth lines can also go on the road. It avoids many contradictions in actual management.
