The air conditioning system and sanitary hot water system in the plant have a wide range of steam use. Through effective communication with Rick, the Rick optimization scheme is adopted in the system design. Rick's high quality products are used in practical applications. The steam system has been used up to now. In the past two years, the overall operation is excellent, the equipment failure rate is low, the maintenance is convenient, the energy saving is obvious, and it is well received.

The above: the steam used in the workshop is sent to the plant area and divided into two roads, all the way into the machine room on the first floor of the workshop building, and the other road is sent to the domestic hot water heat exchange room on the north side of the second floor of the workshop.

1. The steam desuperheating and decompression system on the main road of the steam desuperheating and decompression system of the main road is located in the south side machine room on the first floor of the workshop. The main road uses steam to the superheated steam. Due to the long-distance steam supply, the pressure of the incoming steam is 0.4-0.8MPA, temperature is 170-250 ° C, pressure and temperature fluctuations are very large. Because steam is transported to the steam equipment after entering the plant area, that is, the heating heat exchanger unit and the second floor air conditioner to humidify, the steam design of the equipment requires steam pressure below 0.2MPA and temperature at +5 °C. Therefore, it must be subjected to temperature reduction and pressure reduction treatment. Here, a set of Rick's superheated steam desuperheating device is adopted. The superheated steam is first reduced to the required pressure by a pneumatic decompression station consisting of PN3000/LE33H pneumatic control valve + SX25 intelligent controller + EL2600 pressure sensor, and the pressure is reduced to Below 0.2MPA, after passing through the VTD Venturi type desuperheater, the required temperature is reached by water spray humidification. The desuperheating water used here is treated normal temperature softened water, and the water spray quantity is controlled by high precision PN3000/LE33 pneumatic. The pneumatic temperature control system consisting of the control valve + SX25 intelligent controller + EL2270 temperature sensor ensures the stable adjustment of the water spray quantity and controls the outlet temperature within the deviation. After the equipment is commissioned, the outlet steam pressure is stable at 0.16±0.02MPA, the temperature is controlled at 128±2°C, the pressure and temperature control valves are working normally at the working point, and the whole temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing device is operating normally and the control is reliable. The treated near-saturated steam is sent to the Rake's EASIHEAT heating and heat exchange unit, and the air-conditioning processor with the bypass pipe is transported to the second floor for humidification.

Second, the heating and heating unit The winter heating system of the whole plant mainly relies on a Rick heat exchanger unit, which is also located in the machine room on the first floor of the workshop, and then the front desuperheating and decompression system is subsequently arranged, the unit is highly efficient. The plate type steam-water heat exchanger uses advanced Rick steam control technology to provide a complete steam and water heat transfer control solution. The whole system is compact in structure and small in area, only 1.2m2, and it is easy to install. The primary side steam comes from the nearly saturated steam after the main pipeline is treated, and the secondary side is heated to the circulating water of the air conditioning system. An EL5600/LE33 electric temperature control valve on the steam side above the unit works normally at the working point. The unit's precise water temperature is ensured and stabilized at 60±1°C. The drainage system under the unit is drained smoothly. The SX100 multi-program controller on the console provides customers with a variety of practical control options. The actual operation shows that the unit has high heat exchange efficiency, low maintenance cost, and no short-term scaling problem common in heat exchangers of the usual type. Its precise and stable work ensures the normal operation of the winter air-conditioning system and smoothly completes the whole winter. Heating task.

Third, the domestic hot water system of the Rick's product application area in the domestic hot water workshop uses a volumetric steam-water heat exchange system, which is located in the domestic hot water heat exchange room on the north side of the second floor of the workshop, and the steam is another The superheated steam sent from the pipeline has the same parameters as the main pipeline. Since the volumetric heat exchanger unit uses 0.4MPA superheated steam in the design scheme, there is no desuperheating device installed in the main pipe, but only the mechanical type is applied. The superheated steam pressure reducing valve is decompressed. It uses a Rick DP143 pilot valve diaphragm type pressure reducing valve valve block. The mechanical setting makes the superheated steam reduced to and stabilized at the required pressure. Its unique guide The diaphragm diaphragm design ensures that the pressure relief system fluctuates upstream of the pressure relief system. Under the harsh conditions of downstream load changes, accurate pressure control can be ensured. In practical applications, the pressure is stable at 0.4±0.02MPA. The important temperature control in front of the heat exchanger uses the EL5600/LE33H electric control valve + SX25 intelligent controller + EL2270 temperature sensor single-loop temperature control system to ensure accurate temperature control. The hydrophobic system of the volumetric heat exchanger unit adopts the Rick FT14 float-type trap group to ensure the immediate discharge of condensed water and good air discharge function. The combination of the AV13 exhaust air valve and the VB14 vacuum breaker at the high point above the inlet pipe of the heat exchanger effectively protects the heat exchanger from negative pressure damage and effective elimination of condensed water, and long-term accumulation in the heat exchanger. The elimination of air significantly improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger. In actual operation, the outlet water temperature is controlled at 45±2 °C, which effectively meets the needs of people in the plant.

Fourth, the humidification control between the air conditioner and the humidification system under the humidifier are equipped with an air conditioning treatment room on the south side of the second floor of the workshop. The air handler is the core equipment of the air conditioning system in the plant. In air-conditioning air handlers, the humidification section is an important part. In these air handler applications, multiple dry steam humidifiers are used. The precise control of the amount of humidification steam is based on the high-quality EL3500/LE33 electric The control valve product, its stable operation ensures the accurate control of the humidification amount of the air conditioner processor. The hydrophobic system under the dry steam humidifier steam separator is also using the Rick FT14 float trap group to make the condensate under the humidifier Effective discharge improves the ideal effect of humidification and ensures the normal operation of the humidification system, thus ensuring the normal use of the air conditioning system. In actual operation, the air conditioning outlet air humidity is stably controlled to achieve the required effect.

V. Training and after-sales service The system operation depends on good maintenance and management. Rick's professional engineers not only actively participate in the pre-design stage of the new plant project, but also cooperate with the design side to propose a professional auxiliary design scheme for the design of the steam system. Moreover, many times in the stage of equipment installation process, many optimization and improvement measures are given on the problems existing in the on-site construction. During the equipment commissioning process, Rick engineers are also actively involved to ensure that the steam system equipment is successfully debugged at one time. After the operation, insist on regular return visits to the users, timely training the on-site maintenance engineers in various aspects, introduce the basic knowledge and maintenance skills of steam and condensate, judge the faults, and familiarize yourself with the product system in the field, and explain to the equipment on site. Guide the daily maintenance and monitoring work to prevent problems before they occur. In the event of a steam system failure, Rick's engineers always rushed to the site in time, working closely with the field equipment maintenance engineers to analyze the problems, solve the problems together, and come up with effective solutions to ensure the rapid recovery of the system and the production of the plant.
